4. What hand mixer speeds do I need?Having a range of speed settings to choose from provides greater control while mixing or beating. When making a cake, for example, you start off slow and as ingredients come together, you move to a higher speed. Each multi-speed hand mixer in our range has either 4 or 5 speeds, plus a turbo button. To adjust the speed, slide the speed control on the top of the handle.
