New design, innovative user experience: The accent line models of the new Series 8 impress with the evolved design of the carbon black range. The new digital control ring, seamlessly integrated into the glass front, merges the digital world with the analog for a very special baking and cooking experience. The glass surfaces appear in a particularly deep black, and the subtle black stainless steel handle elegantly fits into the harmonious overall look.

Healthier frying with less fat: The Air Fry heating mode allows frying delicious, crispy dishes with less fat and calories than conventional methods. Fried dishes turn out perfectly: crispy on the outside and tender inside. And best of all, the kitchen stays clean, and there is no frying smell.

Pizza, lasagna, or your Sunday rolls exactly to your taste? The PerfectBrowning browning sensor in the oven camera helps you achieve your desired browning level for your dishes. Simply select one of five browning levels, and when your preset browning is reached, your oven automatically switches off. Thanks to the integrated oven camera, you can also monitor your food on your smartphone and share it immediately with friends!

No more setting heating mode, temperature, or cooking time – the new Bosch Series 8 ovens with artificial intelligence make it possible: The PerfectBake sensor plus continuously measures the humidity inside the oven and determines when your cake is done. The more frequently and intensively you use the oven, the better it can determine the perfect baking time. And the best part: If you use your oven with Home Connect, artificial intelligence shows you how long your cake still needs.

The key to the perfect roast is that it is cooked just right. This requires much experience – or PerfectRoast Plus. The roast thermometer measures the temperature of the roast at three different points. The decisive value is the lowest measured temperature: Once the selected core temperature is reached, the dish is perfectly cooked. And thanks to artificial intelligence, you know exactly how many minutes remain until your roast is done.

Gently steamed vegetables remain crisp, while fish and poultry are cooked juicy and tender. Cooking with hot steam preserves not only vitamins and minerals but also full natural flavor. Steam cooking supports a healthy lifestyle in your modern kitchen.

The steam burst function with 3 intensity levels ensures optimal texture of the food inside and outside by precisely dosing the steam at the right time. Baking and roasting become even more convenient thanks to the integrated Perfect Steam sensor: once you select the steam burst function, the sensor is activated and automatically adjusts the optimal steam level.

All of this is complemented by the manual steam burst function: you can add individual steam bursts to the oven as needed – for example, to make bread crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Exclusively in the accent line, there are also steam ovens with an integrated fixed water connection. This ensures that the steam oven always has enough fresh water when needed.

No one likes cleaning the oven. Your new modern Bosch oven gladly takes this tedious and time-consuming task off your hands thanks to the integrated pyrolytic self-cleaning function. Your accent line oven features a special microfine matte ceramic coating on the sidewalls, rear wall, and ceiling that decomposes grease splashes as they occur during baking or roasting—lasting for the entire appliance lifetime. This saves you a lot of time and energy.
