Intrigued by sous vide but uncertain how to get started? Our steam ovens make it easy. Simply vacuum seal the desired ingredients and steam cook at a low temperature until done. The cooking method retains vitamins and nutrients, and results in mouth-watering food with intensive flavour. For chef-like dishes that come together in a snap.

Time and energy saving, our advanced convection setting, known as 4D Hotair, uses an integrated fan to evenly circulate heat in the oven. This means you can bake, for example, up to four trays of biscuits in parallel – with each tray coming out perfectly golden brown. Available on selected combination steam ovens and selected ovens with added steam.

The water tank on our steam ovens is easy to remove and to top up. With no need for a mains water connection, you can flexibly install a steam oven wherever it suits your kitchen. To descale the water talk, simply choose the auto descaling programme. It couldn't be any more hassle free.
Scrub-free cleaning.
Cooks and cleans at once.
Days of scrubbing the oven's interior by hand are a thing of the past. A special coating of microfine ceramic spheres on the sides and ceiling of our EcoClean Direct combination steam ovens breaks down grime and grease while the oven's in use. All you have to do is occasionally wipe down the oven floor and glass door.
Full steam vs. added steam.
Steam cook or crisp: achieve these results with steam.
Full steam: Steam cooking is possible on our steam-only ovens and our combination steam ovens. This means you can thoroughly steam cook raw ingredients, such as fish or vegetables.
Added steam: Standard ovens with added steam exclusively cook food with heat. To give homemade bread or a roast a crispy crust, an added steam option lets you add moisture inside of the oven during the cooking process. Cooking with steam, however, isn't possible.
