Start the online booking by typing in the model number (E-Nr.) of your appliance.

Please enter the model number (E-Nr.) of your appliance. The E-Nr. is needed to prepare the engineer’s visit e.g. providing needed spare parts to the engineer.

The E-Nr. is shown on the type plate of your appliance. Bosch model numbers will always start with three letters and will always end by a “/” and two numbers as the last two signs.

For mobile phone users: Take a picture of your type plate.
